Gui (gooey): Soundtracks Set I

I have always been incredibly intrigued by the musical genre of the film soundtrack. There is a fantastic quality about the soundtrack genre and the range of emotions can span the entire spectrum. Some songs go along the lines of ambient drones and space like pad tones with very minimal underlying melody line. Some incorporate music from pop culture from the past and/or present. In many instances there are DJ's/Producers/Arrangers/Composers that are commissioned to score an entire soundtrack because of their musical brilliance, creativity and intuitiveness. Others are packed with favorite songs from the directors personal collection (i.e. Quentin Tarantino).

I am proud to say that I have built, and continue to build, myself a pretty impressive collection of soundtracks. I love sharing my finds with people and compiling collections so that others may enjoy it too. When listening to to these compilations that I have created, I get excited and reminisce about the song playing and begin to recall scenes of the movies. It almost makes a multi-media experience out of just listening and remembering.

Some of the songs/movies you may or not recognize, sometimes I tend to lean towards obscurity. None the less I truly hope you enjoys these musical menageries I've put together.
